1. The service
Revenue Autopilot helps service businesses analyze customer history, prepare repeat-service outreach, manage approved messaging workflows, and track responses and outcomes. Features described as previews, demos, early access, or pending activation are not production messaging commitments.
2. Business responsibilities
The business is responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the information it provides, maintaining appropriate permissions and consent, reviewing audiences and messages, honoring customer requests, and using the service only for its own legitimate customer relationships.
3. Prohibited use
- Purchased, scraped, rented, or shared consumer lists.
- Affiliate lead generation or messaging for unrelated third parties.
- Deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or prohibited content.
- Attempts to bypass consent, opt-out, carrier-registration, rate, or security controls.
- Accessing another business's workspace or customer information.
4. Messaging
Live messaging depends on business verification, carrier registration, provider availability, recipient consent, and carrier delivery. Approval and delivery are not guaranteed. STOP and equivalent opt-out instructions must be honored. Revenue Autopilot may pause messaging to protect recipients, the customer, or the platform.
5. Customer data
The business retains ownership of its customer data and grants Revenue Autopilot permission to process it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Revenue Autopilot does not acquire ownership of imported customer records.
6. Accounts and support
The business must protect account access and provide accurate registration information. Support access to customer records should occur only when necessary to resolve an authorized request and may be recorded for security and accountability.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change as integrations, carrier requirements, and product capabilities evolve. We may suspend a feature or account when necessary to address security, compliance, provider, payment, or abuse concerns.
8. Subscription and usage
The Founding Pilot is limited to the first 10 eligible businesses. Each accepted business is billed $9 per month for its first six monthly billing periods, then $49 per month beginning with the seventh billing period. The subscription may be cancelled before a future renewal. Carrier messaging, phone-number, registration, and other usage-based costs may be billed separately when disclosed during setup. Production messaging remains unavailable until required carrier approvals are complete.
